Programmet Transformational Presence Leadership in Business (TPLB) ger dig effektiva metoder för att leda i förändring och navigera komplexitet. Programmet består till stor del av praktiska övningar där du som deltagare får utforska och utvecklas i Transformerande Ledarskap. Du kommer få utveckla och träna närvaro, göra dig medvetenhet kring de val du dagligen står i som ledare för att skapa långsiktig hållbarhet för din grupp och organisation.

From Essence to Action

This program is intended for Transformational Presence Community members only.
In business and organisations, real transformation begins not with strategy, but with essence.
It begins with sensing into the core truth of what wants to happen; of what is alive and ready to be recognised. From there, clarity can emerge and meaningful action becomes possible.
Over three days, you will join members of the Transformational Presence community to explore how this work comes alive in organisations, moving from deep listening and fresh insights to grounded, impactful action.
Together, we will:
Discover the essence of what wants to unfold in your organisation or with those you serve
Ask the big questions: Who are we being called to be? What are we being called to do?
Engage with frameworks, methods, and experiential practices that bring Transformational Presence into business and organisational life
Beyond the workshop, Utö invites you to slow down to the speed of presence. Swim in the sea, walk the forest paths, sit on sunlit rocks, or co-create with others in the community.

Transformational Presence handlar i grunden om den nivå av närvaro och medvetenhet vi lever i. Det handlar om att föra samman den vi är och det vi gör. Transformational Presence hjälper oss att öka vår medvetenhet för att se de möjligheter vi har och utifrån det göra medvetna val. Transformational Presence Leadership and Coaching är ett program där vi tränas och utvecklas i att leda och coacha intuitivt från en plats av full närvaro.

Transformational Presence Leadership & Coach Programme (TPLC)

Transformational Presence is a powerful way of showing up to life and leadership that calls forth the best from people, situations, organizations and societies in service of a greater good and the well-being of all.
Effective, impactful, and transformative leadership and coaching in today's rapidly changing world requires new kinds of skills and tools as well as broader capacities for awareness and perception..
The TPLC program is highly experiential and interactive. During the five days you will learn and apply a number of practical and in-depth coaching techniques. You will embark on an insightful and impactful personal development journey. Throughout the training, you will practice ways to:
Expand and strengthen your self-awareness
Be more open, responsive, creative, and innovative
Perceive beyond the known and obvious and invite others to do the same
"Connect the dots" and work with the interconnection of everything
Sense the right moments for impactful action and how to move forward, as well as when to step back and let things unfold
The training offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself fully in the Transformational Presence approach. Participants in the training are repeatedly surprised at how fast the various
methods lead to in-depth and lasting results. The power is in their simplicity.
